[BVARC] Linux SSTV ??

I have managed to get my linux system to receive, SSTV and try to send, 
but it is not keying the radio to transmit.
tried MMSSTV running under WINE and also tried QSSTV ,,,, same results
(I have been successful transmitting PSK31 with FLDIGI)

any suggestions??
