The T2FD is another antenna (like the G5RV) whose history is full of old
wives tales, tongue in cheek comments, snide remarks, superstitions and
urban legends.  So, if you really want to get into the meat and the truths
behind the TTFD, then reading Bill's referenced article by Mr. Countryman is
a good start.

 

But...others have written about it, modeled it and analyzed it.  I have
listed what references I have, below, to expand your knowledge about the
TTFD.   Interesting, you bet, but not for everyone..find out why by doing a
