I think I would keep the 756 as backup.

Subject: [BVARC] Icom Tranceiver for sale

I have finally decided to entrust my prized Icom IC-756 Classic to another
ham. I bought it in 1996 (I believe) from Houston Amateur Radio Supply and
have used it continuously since then, until recently when I got a Flex 6300.
Now that I have joined the SDR movement I don't use the Icom enough to
justify keeping it. It is a one owner, smoke free, perfect display unit. No
lines whatsoever. It has the optional 350 Khz filter for 9 Mhz IF and 500
Khz for 455 Khz IF filters. I will include the original manual and a Heil
ICM boom mike (minus the boom). Also has a 12v power cord with Anderson
Power Pole connectors.

I'm asking $850 for the lot, delivered in the Houston area. Other offers
will be considered.

Please see the attached pictures for more details.

Thanks and 73,

Doug WB5TKI
