Per the written request given to BVARC BOD and posted on the reflector just Hrs prior to the March 6th 2015 @ 7 PM BOD meeting submitted by KE7NSB was posted on the agenda. The request to "consider honoring Frosty's memory be dedicating the upcoming ham fest to him" was discussed. The BOD handles the financial obligations through your BVARC entrusted BOD servants at GHH. The actual Hamfest venue and events is handled by the BVARC appointed GHH Chairman and Co- chairmain that oversee the GHH committee and vollunteers. The BOD in past BOD meeting voted the BVARC GHH chairman to handle GHH. BVARC BOD has no reason or wish to attempt to change the layout or theme of GHH that the GHH Chairman has created. The GHH report given at March BOD meeting given by Ron K5HM with K5WRN Michael present in summary shows no known spots that are open and no uncompleted prep actions. This GHH team has shown great strides in the effort of BVARC Greater Houstom Hamfest ARRL TEXAS CONVENTION. Please send your suggestions to the GHH Chairman Nathan N5NYV as his team are aware of your request.
