Scott:
June 13 is fine by me. However May might be cooler. I know the last
game I went to in June I came home smelling kind of gamey as it was rather
warm. We do need to get on the first base side as that would get the shade
first.

I am trying to plan a HAM RADIO NIGHT at the Sugar Land Skeeters and need
your input.
Please Answer the following:
· Please respond to the group or my personal email address. I
would appreciate your thoughts.
· Would you prefer a Friday or Saturday Evening?
Friday nights are fireworks. They have some premiums on Saturdays
· May or June?
They only have 2 home stands in May and one is Memorial Day Weekend
(My personal preference is Saturday June 13 and when I last spoke to the
promotions people they are giving away baseball cards.)
· If June, this would be a great opportunity to also promote
Field Day.
Ticket prices would be $8 to 12 dollars each depending on the route we
wish to go and I may be able to do a little negotiating.
A would like to include: BVARC, Echo, TDXS, NARS, AMSAT, BLT, PARC, and
all other Ham Radio Clubs. I would like to make this as inclusive as
possible.
This could also be separate or at the same time as the BVARC at the Ball
Park that we have had the last couple of years that ART (KE5OBY) put
together.
I think that we have always enjoyed the game and the fellowship in the
past and I for one would not mind sharing this opportunity with others.
