k1n has a special form to fill out if you hear QRM or in particular DQRM
(Deliberate QRM). if enough stations fill out the report for a DQRM
station, then a computer algorithm can run that will triangulate the
offending station based on all the reports.
http://www.dqrmreport.com/
if you happen to hear DQRM as I did today from someone playing music
over the 17m station, you can fill out the report. pass this on and
maybe it can knock one offending station off the air.
