1500z-1700z, right now it is 1550z this is a rare one to work. w1hq is
only operated by employees of the arrl. it will get you an endorsement
on your w1aw portable operations. last time it was on was months ago.
right now on 18.148 ssb but looks like they might be changing bands. was
on 40m ssb earlier and 15m rtty.
