To remark that STDERR is the point of interest for whether a shell
is interactive or not ("Standard input and standard error are the
files that determine whether a shell is interactive when -i is not
specified).
(Having said that fc(1) is standardized to use STDERR only for
diagnostic messages, the format for -l is described in STDOUT.)
