As an update, so far I have upgraded the main Operations Center ( jenkins-ccos.apache.org) and also the main shared ci-builds.apache.org.
Due to (probably) upgrading through many versions to get to $latest Jenkins LTS release, a fair few of the existing plugins failed to load and halted Jenkins on startup. I wiped the plugins dir and started again, installing a few at a time checking as I go. There are still some more to install but felt that the backlog of jobs needed to be released. Current status then is there are still some plugins missing, I hope I have installed the majority of needed ones by most projects but please let me know if you spot something. The remaining controllers I likely wont get to today, so are postponed until tomorrow.
