Builds are finally working again. However: - failed builder updates due to syntax errors etc are not reported anywhere AFAICT - it looks like the update to bbtoolbox.py has not been propagated to the buildbot boxes.

Note that there is no sign of the functions wasCodeTouched or buildExclusions.
