Do you have any data on that? Or is it just anecdotal evidence? As opposed to anecdotal evidence we build a system to gather statistics on that - you can see some charts resulting from that showing that we have regularly started to experience ~300 / ~400 workflows queued during the EMEA day. What project are you talking about Allen? What time zone are you in and how often your PRs are running in different time-zones ? Could you please provide some statistics on that ? It seems surprising that you have different experiences and I would love to get to the bottom of it. Can you help with understanding why you are not experiencing it? That might be helpful for others who do.
