https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INFRA/JDK+Installation+Matrix says that JDK 15 and 16 are available on both Ubuntu and WIndows nodes
However lower down the page Windows nodes are shown as: Windows JDK 15 (latest) COMING SOON JDK 16 is not mentioned, and does not appear to be installed
