Some potential alternatives to consider: * CloudBees offers us a free license to use their paid version of Jenkins which has a bunch more features that could be useful here (e.g., each PMC can have its own Jenkins master which is centrally managed by the operation center). * CloudBees Jenkins Distribution (free) provides some plugin stability improvements/support for older releases. This is also easier to get support from CloudBees for, though I'm not sure what level of support we get from them other than Apache committers who work there volunteering here.
