[JENKINS] - Main instance and plugin upgrades this weekend

Hi All,

Jenkins will be going down for a few hours this coming Saturday/Sunday for a 
main instance upgrade to the latest LTS release.

As part of that, all compatible plugins will be upgraded before and/or after as 
appropriate.
