[JENKINS] - Migration/Upgrade progress report.

Hi All,

Just to update, current status is, 

1. All pre-upgradable plugins have been upgraded and initialised.
2. Jenkins service is down whilst final rsync is under way, after 2+ hours we 
are about 1/2 way
