It is the right place, I have changed the documentation to reflect this. I also added that if no response within a reasonable timeframe from a BUILDS ticket then ping the builds@ mailing list. If no response from that within a reasonable timeframe (bearing in mind this builds@ list is volunteers from lots of different projects and have their own agendas too) then lastly escalate to the infrastructure mailing list. No build request should get ignored. All that said, I have set up the POI job and we have a failure, can you take a look at the output [1] and advise what changes I should make if any to cure that, or its an issue on your end.
