So it sounds like https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-19447 may be
related, and the fix that went in for that a few days ago may do the trick.
I've backported it on top of 1.565.3 and will be restarting builds.a.o this
weekend to try it out to see if it does the trick.
