David Nalley commented on BUILDS-39: ------------------------------------ Just a couple of comments. We can provide a VM (likely an Ubuntu 14.04 VM). Such a VM is likely to be located in our Oregon datacenter. Most of our build machines are in a Yahoo-provided facility in California, along with on-demand cloud-based slaves. My initial question is whether it would be feasible for you to do testing + cassandra + ES in a Docker image, and deploy that as a more monolithic testing platform from Jenkins. Others, smarter than I, may have better input. > Test Infrastructure for Usergrid podling > ---------------------------------------- > > Key: BUILDS-39 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BUILDS-39 > Project: Infra Build Platform > Issue Type: Task > Components: Jenkins > Reporter: David Johnson > > In order to run the Usegrid unit tests on Jenkins, we need to have and > instance of Cassandra and an instance of ElasticSearch up and running. > Is it possible for Infrastructure team to provide us with a VM that we can > use to install Cassandra and ElasticSearch for our tests? -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.3.4#6332)
