Docker 1.2 is now available on the H* and ubuntu-* slaves on builds.apache.org - please note that you should use the "docker" label if your job needs docker, since ubuntu3 doesn't have docker and neither do the dynamically provisioned Ubuntu slaves on Rackspace.
