Incorrect Continuum link on http://ci.apache.org/

The Continuum link is shown as http://vmbuild.apache.org/

It should be https://continuum-ci.apache.org/

I tried to use CMS to fix this, but the site is apparently not supported by CMS.

Hopefully someone can fix the link?
