Updates for Roller-For-Tomcat Jenkins build

Hello, I'm Glen Mazza from the Apache Roller team.  For the 
Roller-for-Tomcat Jenkins build (please ignore the other two Roller 
builds for now), would you please upgrade it from Maven 2 to Maven 3?  
Also, for the Roller on Tomcat build only, please switch the 
notification email from snoopdave at gmail to d...@roller.apache.org.
