Build failures on Syncope-linux and Syncope-windows

A considerable number of builds is failing in the last days due to 
problems when communicating to SVN or when archiving:

Moreover, Syncope-windows builds are also failing because

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/syncope/trunk
org.tmatesoft.svn.core.SVNException: svn: Unable to delete 
f:\hudson\hudson-slave\workspace\Syncope-windows\.\client\target\syncope-client-1.0.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT.jar
