Can anyone deal with clover license issue for Pig? If not, who shall I talk
to?

As you may have noticed, the Jenkins build seems to fair a bit randomly on
Clover.
This is the error:

It looks like a license problem.
Should we try to fix it?
If so, how? Is it an INFRA thing?
Should we submit a Jira to them?
