Once I publish the SNAPSHOTS, are they sync'ed to Maven Central? Or is there something special on repository.apache.org that I need to do to enable the OODT syncs? We do inherit from the Apache parent pom, so I could try changing the goal but want to try the checkbox way of doing it (with the config below you mention) first just to try that out.
