ok, but it doesn't work with the password I use for svn. Trying to reset the
password on people.a.o fails with "Can't connect to LDAP server: Invalid
argument at /usr/sbin/passwd line 49.".

Yes, found it: one module was not inheriting from our parent pom and thus
