We've been seeing intermittent fails too; looking at the console output
it would seem that ubuntu1 fails for us, ubuntu2 succeeds:
succeed on ubuntu2:

As a work-around, I've just configured our build to only run on ubuntu2,
but I'm aware that that's avoiding the problem rather than fixing it.
