I took your code and tweaked it a bit (I'm no Groovy hacker :-) and was able to produce the following table: http://people.apache.org/~ngn/hudson-timeouts.txt Looking at the estimated values, I think we should be able to run a script to set them. But, let's give people a few days to review before we do that. Jan: would you be able to modify your script to also update already existing values? If we get such a script in place, I think we should make an effort to run it on a regular basis to keep timeouts in sync with build times. /niklas
