Hudson patch queue broken.

Hi, could someone take a look at this? The ZooKeeper patch queue has 
entries, however these patches are not actually running. (tried 
triggering a patch (by submitting it) earlier today and it still hasn't 
run). h7/h8 are currently idle according to the toplevel dashboard.
