Hi, h8 is back online, thanks! However the ZooKeeper build is now
failing with a previously unseen error condition:
It seems that "autoreconf" is not available on this machine (this used
to work ok, perhaps some packages are missing after h7/h8 went offline?)

java.io.IOException: error=2, No such file or directory
