Sure, first mentioned back in 2007 when assessing requirements for build
machines. Was also discussed on infra list as to what to do about it when
SpamAssassin were using their own instance, at that time it was decided they
would switch to Hudson.

More recently - November 2008 there was a proposal and a good discussion
went on on the infra-private list. That ended up with my getting access to 2
machines to get on with it. I can not quote from a private list so you'll
have to dig through the archives.
