I have updated my test to use semaphore-based synchronization instead of 
usleep(), ensuring threads deterministically block before mq_send().

This removes timing dependencies and aligns with the approach discussed above.

@gedare Thank you for the guidance. I have manually adjusted the formatting 
based on your feedback, and the CI pipeline is now passing. If there are any 
remaining issues or if you still prefer that I use `clang-format` for 
consistency, please let me know—I’m happy to set it up and apply it.
