Is this still an issue?

We run several OpenBSD 7.5 VMs at Hetzner and I am somewhat concerned about the 
machines not coming back up after a reboot.

So I created a new CX22 host, installed OpenBSD 7.5 and it seems to work fine.

That doesn’t prove anything other than that the problem does not seem to be 
universal for all VMs at Hetzner.
