Please test with tcpbench to a host on LAN behind your AP. Running a speed test to the internet is pointless if the goal is to measure wifi throughput. With tcpbench I am seeing about 290Mbps Tx and Rx with iwm0. Generic internet speed test fast.com shows 210Mbps down, 86Mbps up.
