Without more information, this sounds like either a firewall configuration error, (you are not explicitly allowing SSH connections through, but state that was previously created allows it temporarily), or otherwise if you are using IPv6 and connecting to the temporary, ('privacy'), address then that address is changing and no longer valid when you try to connect later on. BTW, the public mailing lists are probably a better place to ask these questions than open...@openssh.com.
