(I don't know if this is related, but this system also fails to stay suspended. It will suspend, but wake up automatically a few seconds later. I don't know if the upgrade issue could be to do with a screwy ACPI implementation?) For now I've been working around this using the manual "untar it over the running system" method, as I need this box to be headless. Let me know if there's more info I can supply.
