per /usr/local/share/doc/pkg-readmes/thunderbird install the debug-thunderbird package (with a version matching the one you use) to get something useful from the traceback, the one you show is 100% useless... This is probably pointless anyway, as 102esr is soon EOL, so you should also try to reproduce with 115 (see ports@, i've sent a diff with packages..) also, this might be due to a corrupted profile (because crashes/fsck/etc), and at that point you'd better recreate the profile from scratch, not sure a corrupted profile can be salvaged at all.
