Since I've seen a bunch of reports of this family of machines causing the 6f GPE spin, I went out and bought two different ones, random different brands. Neither of them exhibit this issue. Both of them have identical dmesg to yours, EXCEPT they are using original AMI bios and not "Techvision LLC". I'd suspect that your vendor is using bios that doesn't match the SoC or has otherwise misconfigured something. Everything else in the dmesg (except for obvious things like the igc MAC addresses and the brand of SSD/etc) matches up nearly identically. The only outlier is the bios brand/version.
