Your NIC requires firmware files which are available from: http://firmware.openbsd.org/firmware/ It's probably easiest to complete the install without setting it up, then install the firmware and configure the wireless adaptor manually afterwards. The iwn(4), and fw_update(1) manual pages have more relevant information.
