I don't see this in Info files produced as part of building Emacs:

  This is elisp.info, produced by makeinfo version 7.2 from elisp.texi.

In fact, the only Info files on my system which say they were
"produced by texi2any" are the Info files that belong to the Texinfo
package.  So I think this is something specific to how Info files are
produced as part of building Texinfo, and not a general problem.
