Hello,

There are two CI failures for tests with translations of output strings.
For the Alma linux platform and for a platform with debian using the
newest Clang to compile. For Alma Linux, there was another issue that
made the CI fail, so it is not clear when it started failing.
The 'newest Clang' platform fails with this symptom since quite some
time.

I tried to pass --enable-xs-perl-libintl to the 'newest Clang' platform,
but it still fails. At some point I tried to reproduce the failure, by
using the same flags/compiler as in the CI but did not manage (the
debian platform is more or less the debian I use, if I recall well).

The Alma Linux Perl is relatively old, and some modules are missing,
such that it is not possible to pass --enable-xs-perl-libintl, and the
tta/perl/t/*.t tests are skipped. I tried to reproduce the issue on the
cfarm Alma Linux https://portal.cfarm.net/ similar computer, using the
same build flags but I did not manage to reproduce (I also did not
reproduce the previous issue with Alma Linux).

I have no precise idea on what should come next. My feeling is that, as
long as it is not reproduced in other settings where it is easier to
debug, we could leave the issue as is.
