On my Linux, I temporarily removed ~/.infokey and tried "info --vi-keys"
but still Shift-TAB did not work (the same error "Unknown command
(BackTab)". I pressed h and found "move-to-prev-xref" was bound to "ESC
TAB" and "M-TAB". "ESC TAB" did work for me.
