texi2pdf --version: wrong output

Hi,

After installing texinfo-4.13: texi2pdf pretends that it is texi2dvi.

$ texi2pdf --version | head -n 1
texi2dvi (GNU Texinfo 4.13) 1.135

Likewise, "texi2pdf --help" outputs the help of texi2dvi.
