Do you agree on node names being in code_style? Yes.
Although we print them in roman in texinfo.tex (in @xref output), and I fear it would look strange to print them in typewriter. But anyway, as far as makeinfo goes, a node named "foo--bar" should surely not be changed to "foo-bar"! Thanks, k
