New tar release with commit 08c3fc2e ("Avoid acl_ prefix for functions")?

Hello,

could a new version of GNU tar including commit 08c3fc2e ("Avoid acl_
prefix for functions") please be released? Without that, GNU tar will
break on every distribution that upgrades their acl package to version
2.4.0 because of the function naming conflict.
