[Bug-tar] [GNU tar 1.31] testsuite: 162 failed

I am buildING version 1.31 of GNU tar on Solaris and unfortunately test 162 is failing. With POSIX mode, gtar tf archive outputs the actual name žluť instead of the escaped \305\276lu\305\245.
