It doesn't seem to be processing a file correctly. I cannot even get it to list the contents :
This is installed on Win10, OS Build 16299.192, with 16GB of memory. TAR is version 1.13, installed from "tar-1.13-1-bin.exe". Note that 7-Zip can open the file, but when it tries to extract the file, it encounters an error. The source of the file told me to use "tar -xzvf <filename>", but if I cannot even list the contents, I don't think I have a chance to extract the file. GZip is also installed, so the -z option should be fine. Except that when I invoke it, I get an error about "Cannot fork : Function not implemented". Is that the issue, that -z does not work, or am I missing something??? Kevin
