Good point. Forwarded to the upstream tar maintainers for inclusion in
their next release.
The same applies to the top-level contents node: "operations" ->
"Operations", and a whole bunch in "Tutorial introduction to tar", and so
on; I'm sure the documentation maintainer can work it out.
