Hi,
it happens every time I try to analize my disk with Qtparted.
Please inform the QtParted developers on their bug list ,if you have
not done so already.
About the version I've installed it from Automatix2 repos.
# parted --version
What does the above command show?
It should be the 0.6 or something like this...
GNU Parted is now into 1.8.2. Therefore it is very unlikely that you
are using version 0.6. It must be the QtParted version, which is not
related to the GNU Parted version. In case you are using Parted 0.6 I
strongly suggest that you upgrade.
Please do the following:
# parted
(parted) print
(parted) quit
And tell us what errors you get, if any.
