Dear Dev team:
Upon trying to format an external hdd (connected to a Kubuntu AMD64
machine via USB2.0 in an external enclosure) partition (about 10GB) from
ext2 to FAT32 this morning, it took about 1 second to report success,
which struck me as strange. As I ran QTParted from the command line, I
was able to capture the following message, submitted to you for your
pleasure.
sudo qtparted
Error: Filesystem was not cleanly unmounted! You should e2fsck. Modifying an u
nclean filesystem could cause severe corruption.
