Follow-up Comment #2, bug #51200 (project make): The latest version of the patch (signal_num_jobs5.patch) no longer immediately increases or decreases the number of jobs when signals USR2 or USR1 are received, instead, for signal safety, the number of running jobs will be adjusted when a job is finished.
